REHEARSE AI INC. (the “Company”) is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users. “Service” refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Site, in which users can create persona agents based on their existing customer personas, provide input text or images, and then receive responses from these personas, simulating user testing with GPT agents. Users can interview these personas for further insights.
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company. “You” refers to you, as a user of our Site or our Service.
By accessing our Site or our Service, you accept our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (found here: www.rehearseai.com/terms), and you consent to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.
I. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. Personal Information includes your email, which you submit to us through the registration process at the Site.
• Information Collected via Technology
To activate the Service, the only Personal Information you need to submit is your email address. Once you begin using the Service, additional information may be collected for various purposes:
• OpenAI: We utilize OpenAI's services to power certain aspects of our Service, including but not limited to, generating responses from persona agents. OpenAI processes data inputs to provide these services. The information collected by OpenAI may include the text or images you submit to our Service for interaction with the persona agents. OpenAI uses this data to generate responses and improve the quality of its services. • Stripe Checkout: For payment processing, Stripe Checkout collects information necessary to complete transactions. This typically includes your name, credit card details (card number, expiration date, and CVV), billing address, and transaction amount. Please note that Stripe may also collect additional data for fraud prevention and for providing a seamless payment experience. • Vercel: We use Vercel for hosting and event data tracking. This includes monitoring how users interact with our Service, which helps us in improving user experience and functionality. The data collected can include details about user actions on the site, performance metrics, and usage patterns.
• Clerk: For user authentication purposes, Clerk is utilized. This service manages the sign-in and sign-up processes, ensuring secure access to user accounts. Information collected through Clerk generally includes login credentials and may involve tracking of login attempts for security purposes.
• Cloudinary: For image storage and management, Cloudinary is used. When you upload images as part of our Service, Cloudinary processes and stores these images. The data collected includes the images themselves and may include metadata associated with those images.
In addition to the above, we use cookies, or small text files with an anonymous unique identifier, to track user interactions with our Service. These cookies primarily serve for event tracking and to enhance user experience. We do not use cookies for advertising purposes.

Information You Provide Us by Registering for an Account
To become a subscriber to the Service, you will need to create a personal profile. The Site and the Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. Rehearse AI Inc. retains personal information we collect from you for as long as necessary to provide the Service, carry out our business purposes, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The retention period depends on the type of data collected and the purpose for which it is collected, bearing in mind the requirements applicable to the situation and the need to destroy outdated, unused information at the earliest reasonable time. Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal information unless a legal requirement obligates further retention.
II. HOW WE USE AND SHARE INFORMATION
Personal Information
Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties without your consent. We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for the Company, such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from us. Those vendors use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
In general, the Personal Information you provide to us is used to help us communicate with you. For example, we use Personal Information to contact users in response to questions, solicit feedback from users, provide technical support, and inform users about promotional offers.
